What is the minimum age to obtain a secure biometric national identity card?

Any Malian citizen aged five (05) can already have their national identity card. When you are 15 years old, the law requires you to have it in your possession because its presentation is obligatory upon any request from the competent authority. If you have not reached the age of 18, the application for your national identity card is made by your parents or guardian.
